The Hidden Plume 🦚✨

Sometimes the loveliest treasures are hiding in the most unexpected places.

Tucked away at the very bottom of a wooden box filled with broken and forgotten jewellery, I discovered three loose glass pendants, each waiting for a second chance.

This rather unusual beauty was the third of those little discoveries.

With its gently curved, almost feather-like shape and shimmering silvery background, this glass pendant immediately brings to mind the beautiful plumage of a peacock.

Nestled within the glass are three little bursts of colour, their vibrant blues, reds, yellows and greens reminiscent of the distinctive eyes found in a peacock’s feathers. The delicate patterns and silvery shimmer give the pendant a wonderful sense of depth.

Now suspended from a simple black cord, The Hidden Plume has been given the opportunity to show off its unusual beauty once more.

A lovely reminder that even the most overlooked treasures can have something rather extraordinary hiding within them.
