Kaleidoscope Wreaths

An original Love to Sparkle handcrafted design, these colourful little wreaths began with a necklace that had snapped beyond repair — but its beautiful glass beads still had far too much life left in them to be discarded.

I took the beads and created an entirely new design, threading the colourful square glass beads by hand onto gold plated jewellery wire to form a delicate circular wreath.

At the centre of each I've added a larger square glass bead, creating a focal point among the wonderful mixture of colours.

The result is a cheerful little kaleidoscope of reclaimed glass — completely different from the necklace the beads once belonged to, but ready to sparkle all over again.

I've finished them with brand-new gold-tone earring hooks.
