Second Chance in Red Drops ❤️✨

These rich red, dark-veined beads came from the very same broken necklace that became Second Chance in Red.

I found the original necklace in a local charity shop, already broken, no longer wearable. The beads have the appearance of dyed howlite-style stone, and rather than use every surviving bead in one new piece, I kept a couple of these lovely tapered ones aside.

They were just too pretty not to have their own second chance.

Paired individually and finished with gold-tone hooks, they’ve become this simple pair of drop earrings — allowing the shape and distinctive markings of the reclaimed beads to take centre stage.

One broken necklace, now beginning more than one completely new story.

Lovingly rescued and reimagined from a preloved piece.

Need a different earring hook?

If you love the design but are unable to wear the type of hook fitted, please get in touch before ordering. Where possible, I'm happy to discuss swapping the hooks for another suitable type or material.
