A Wise New Chapter

I found this little owl sitting all alone in a second-hand shop, with no chain or cord and seemingly nowhere left to go.

As soon as I spotted him, though, I knew I already had exactly what he needed.

Tucked away in my reclaimed jewellery stash were these beautiful faceted beads from an earlier purchase. They had already been part of somebody else’s story and had simply been waiting for the right piece to come along before beginning their next one.

So I brought the two together, restrung the beads onto stretchy jewellery elastic and gave my lonely little owl a brand-new place to perch.

Two preloved finds, from completely different beginnings, now sharing A Wise New Chapter. 🦉💙
