Found as a standalone piece amongst a bag of rescued jewellery components, Take a Bow was simply too striking to be left forgotten.

The remains of what appears to be a pin fitted on the reverse suggests this wonderfully ornate bow may once have been a brooch, although its original story has been lost somewhere along the way.

With its dark silver-tone metalwork, intricate open detailing and scattering of clear sparkling stones, the bow already had more than enough personality of its own. There really was only one choice for its new setting — a simple black cord.

The contrast allows every curve and little glint of the bow to stand out, transforming a mystery piece with an uncertain past into a dramatic necklace ready for an entirely new chapter.

Finished with a gold tone clasp and extension chain.
