Sometimes beautiful things just need a little space to shine.

In its former life, this necklace was a very different piece — an abundance of white metal flowers in assorted sizes, crowded together on a broken white chain.

Rather than simply repairing it, I dismantled the necklace completely and gave those lovely flowers a chance to shine in their own right.

The original piece has since blossomed into several new creations, including a bracelet which has already found its new home, four different pairs of earrings, and this necklace.

For Room to Bloom, a smaller selection of the reclaimed flowers has been carefully joined together to create a delicate floral band, then finished with a section of reclaimed silver-tone chain.

One tired, broken necklace. Many new beginnings. And flowers that finally have the room they deserve to bloom.
