These striking textured hoops were reclaimed from a preloved necklace that still had some beautiful details waiting for another chance to shine.

The donor piece provided enough components to create two pairs of earrings. They're very much sisters rather than identical twins — similar in style and colouring, but with subtle differences that give each pair its own individual character.

For this pair, the antique-bronze coloured oval hoops intertwine to create a wonderfully tactile design with plenty of movement and allows the reclaimed pieces to shine.

They're finished with brand-new gold-tone earring hooks, ready to begin a different life from the necklace they once belonged to.
